Either customer picks up or we deliver to the customer -local delivery only.

Rental Period?
Minimum rental period is 24 hrs. If you rent at 3:00 pm, it will be due back by 3:00 pm the next day.

Do you charge for the transit time?
We do not. If you are going to use it for 1 day and if it takes 3 days or a week to return, you will be only charged for a day provided you have the tracking number that explains when you shipped it.

What is the shipment process?
We ship via fedex. We prefer to ship ipads a day in advance so that you can test the ipads before your event.

Shipping to a hotel?
We ship iPads to any hotel. You can inform the front desk to receive the iPads or any other person in-charge. Plus send us the details of the person who is going to receive the equipment. That person has to be on the invoice.

Will I be able to install any software?
You can install any software on our iPads as long as you don't damage them physically, you will be OK
