Just a quick note to thank you and Darren for helping us with our event on Oct 10. The event was extremely successful. We had almost 400 people in attendance including high level dignitaries, embassy staff, clergy and major donors. Darren was very professional in setting up the required audio and visual equipment, and helped us with various technical trouble shooting challenges. He also had many plans for unforeseen redundancies which was very reassuring. I would like to acknowledge Darren's help and recognize his professionalism throughout this project. The cultural committee will be planning many more events and we intend to use your services for all our medium to large events at NoVA from now on. I generally don't leave feedback, but after dealing with AA Rental I felt compelled to remark that dealing with this company and its staff members was an absolute astonishing great experience! I have never played "DeeJay" other then my iPod! Starting with the first telephone conversation and ending with the guys at the warehouse in the Silver Spring, my experience was that of a child being taught to walk into a candy store for the first time. Their expertise level was incredible and their willingness to hep me "learn the equipment" in 10 minutes (which turned into 30 minutes) was unfathomable! You guys rocked-it in my "Last-Minute" desperation shot to obtain audio equipment. I traveled almost two hours to seek you guys and would do it all over again!
