I wanted to let you know that we had an extremely positive experience working with Brian at Mr. Video. We had an urgent request for keyboards, wireless mice and docking stations for Mac products for an AT&T conference. Though another rental company tried to have us rent products that would not fit the devices we were using (iPhones and iPads), Brian pointed out that we would need to use different devices than the other company had offered us. Brian then not only assisted us with securing the rental of these products, but actually purchased them for future use. The delivery, pickup and invoicing process went smoothly as well, and Brian was extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. Hello Yasmin, I just wanted to thank you and whomever the technician was with regards to the video equipment and set-up for my Aunt Vicky's wake service at Coletta & Son Funeral Home on September 30th. My family and our friends were comforted by being able to view the special DVD that was produced by friends of my cousin Tina. Your advice and patience with all of the changes was greatly appreciated Yasmin. And we were very happy that all functioned properly throughout the day. In those first days of raw grief and feelings of being overwhelmed your assistance was a blessing. God sent us many wonderful people to help us prepare for a loving final tribute to my Aunt and you and your staff were among them.

I know my request to have the camera mailed with such short notice required special accommodations and I'm thankful to everybody at Mr. Video who went out of their way to make it possible. Everything work beautifully and the project was completed on time. I sent the camera back via UPS Monday evening and it is scheduled to arrive Tuesday.

Yasmin, I just wanted to thank you for your help in renting speakers for our recent outdoor party. They hooked up easily to our ipod - just as you said they would. It was so nice to be able to select the music the bride and groom wanted from their own ipod and helped make the evening special. I was so worried about having the music turn out right, and it did! Just a quick note to thank you and "AA Rental" for helping us with our event on Oct 10. The event was extremely successful. We had almost 400 people in attendance including high level dignitaries, embassy staff, clergy and major donors. AA Rental was very professional in setting up the required audio and visual equipment, and helped us with various technical trouble shooting challenges. He also had many plans for unforeseen redundancies which was very reassuring. I would like to acknowledge AA Rental help and recognize its professionalism throughout this project. The cultural committee will be planning many more events and we intend to use your services for all our medium to large events at NoVA from now on.
