Hiring a technician gives you full piece of mind.

  1. Get an Estimate: Select the product you need and follow the steps.
  2. Pay online: We will send you an email that will have a link to pay online.
  3. Get The Equipment: Once we receive the payment, we will send you a confirmation (pdf) detailing all the list of equipment, delivery/return times and the pickup/return addresses.

We deliver equipment for $149.00 each way. The total weight must not exceed 30 lbs. This service is available within a 30-mile radius of our locations.

Nationwide deliveries are also available.

The setup fee is $ 225 per hour, but most setups are typically completed for around $225. Larger audio-visual setups, such as those for live events or musical performances, require more extensive work and are priced at a flat rate of $995.

Breaking up the equipment is the easiest thing. Normally for small events they start from $50.00. It includes unhooking of the equipment, removing duct tapes, wrapping the cables properly and packaging all the equipment in the cases.

Delivering back the equipment to the warehouse. It is as expensive as delivering the equipment.
