PROJECTOR QUESTIONS

Certain basic projectors come equipped with integrated speakers; however, their output is limited (maximum of 5 watts). For optimal audio quality, it is advisable to rent separate speakers. Projectors designed for large venues do not include sound capabilities.

For hotel ballrooms, we suggest using projectors with 8000 lumens or higher. A 4000-lumen projector might be effective, depending on the room's lighting conditions and the placement of the screen from the projector.

This is a general inquiry. Your budget will influence the answer. Every one of our projectors offers HD quality and above. Visit this link for high resolution and high lumen projectors

Room 1 (No light control) - Utilize a minimum of 3000 lumens, depending on the dimensions of the screen.

Room 2 (Light control available) - A standard projector is suitable for accommodating up to 20 individuals.

Room 3 (Uncertain about light control) - Given the large number of attendees, opt for a projector with at least 8000 lumens, irrespective of the lighting conditions.

The ideal choice would be to utilize a rear projection wide-angle setup or acquire a high-lumen projector, such as one with 10,000 lumens or greater, and position it on a balcony. In either case, professional projectors equipped with specialized lenses will be necessary to achieve this effect.

You will require a long-throw lens based on the distance and size. Keep in mind that for greater distances, you will need projectors with higher lumens.

If you plan to display one source at a time, simply connect that source to the HDMI port of the display unit, especially if you're working with a limited budget. For a smoother transition between various sources, consider utilizing a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro mixer. The audience will hardly notice when the switch occurs. Additionally, this mixer has the capability to display all sources simultaneously.
